Psalm 33:13 says: “He sees ALL the sons of men.” The God of the Bible is not just a provincial God, who is Lord over certain people or events; He is the Sovereign God of the entire world! In fact, notice the repeated emphasis on how He is God of “ALL” in the succeeding verses:

— :13 “He sees ALL the sons of men”

— :14 “He looks out on ALL the inhabitants of the earth”

— :15 “He who fashions the hearts of them ALL”

— :15b “He who understands ALL their works”

These verses tell us that God made all, sees all, understands all — and all are accountable to Him. Do you feel like there is someone or something in your life which is not submissive to the will of God? Don’t worry; they are still beneath His sway. He is Lord of ALL!
