The Change of a Moment

Psalm 6:10 says: “All my enemies shall be ashamed and greatly dismayed; they shall turn back, be put to shame IN A MOMENT.” This verse reminds us that SO much can happen, in God’s plan, “in a moment” of time.

— in just a moment, the greatest army that opposes you can be wiped out by God’s sovereign power (just like Sennacherib’s army in Isaiah 37)

— in just a moment, an enemy who opposes or blasphemes God can be stricken down and die (like Herod after his speech in Acts 13:20-23)

— in just a moment, God’s Spirit can bring revival to what was a dead or listless church.

— in just a moment, conviction can come to a heart, and a soul be awakened and saved. Their whole life — and that of their family — may be changed instantaneously!

— in just a moment, the Lord will return – and we shall all be changed: “in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye” (I Corinthians 15:52)

— in a moment, the antichrist and all of his gathered armies will be slain by the Word of God (Rev. 20:1-10) Things will look really bad in those last days – but it will change dramatically in a moment!

EVERYTHING CAN CHANGE IN A MOMENT! TAKE HEART! Things will not always be as they are now. Keep your faith in God and what He can do. He can change it all — “in a moment”!
